How did this project begin?

Have been eating at Roosters for several months. Over the past few weeks almost daily. Dug out my old Ricoh camera with plans to use it for black and white only. Decided on aperture priority at 2.8 and ASA 800 and snap away. I ended up taking it in Roosters and that's how this project started February 8, 2017.
